📋 Description

• Active sales of automation and robotics projects, particularly in systems areas (hole sealing, cavity preservation, micro-dosing) • Responsible management and development of the Italian market – including business development and strategic market expansion • Close collaboration with and management of the two existing sales agencies on site • Key account management for a major automotive customer and their integrators • Establishment and development of an in-country sales team in Italy (mid-term objective) • Independent acquisition of new projects and business opportunities • Analysis of market and competitive dynamics and derivation of sustainable sales strategies • Evaluation of customer requirements and specifications in alignment with the company’s technology • Strong self-initiative in market development, as there is currently no own operational structure in Italy

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering or a related field • Several years of experience in technical field sales, ideally in automation or robotics • Technical understanding of systems such as dosing/metering technology, preservation/conservation or automation modules • Strong commercial acumen and experience in project management • Native Italian speaker with very good English skills • Deep knowledge of the Italian market – ideally with experience in the automotive sector • Hands-on mentality, strong initiative and high execution capability • Persuasive personality with a confident manner, excellent communication skills and leadership ability • High willingness to travel – especially within Europe • Structured, responsible and goal-oriented working style
