• Build and run a global events strategy that drives demand, pipeline, and market presence • Create the full-funnel motion for events, from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up • Ensure every event has a clear sales motion and measurable business impact • Own event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline KPIs • Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and report on the impact of events • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with industry associations and organizations • Plan and execute flagship events, field activations, customer gatherings, and third-party conferences • Develop co-marketing and co-hosted programs that support top- and mid-funnel goals • Elevate Mural’s brand through high-quality experiences, thought leadership opportunities, and strong in-market presence • Create scalable processes, templates, and playbooks that make the events program repeatable and efficient • Travel up to 25% for regional events, customer engagement, partner meetings, and in-market insights
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS events, field marketing, partnerships, and demand generation programs • A track record of running events and programs tied to pipeline, not just attendance or awareness • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Deep knowledge of event marketing, experiential marketing, and full-funnel demand strategies • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and evaluate program ROI • Experience developing scalable processes, templates, and playbooks • Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows, content development, and decision-making
