• Develop, collaborate, and localize go-to-market strategies for EMEA markets working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and CS. • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform positioning and messaging for each region. • Develop tailored sales enablement materials, presentations, battlecards, case studies, and product content optimized for local buyers and industries. • Be a subject matter expert to influence segmented integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen brand recognition in the region. • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and industry influencers within EMEA SaaS market • Support virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, customer meetups, partner events, and webinars. • Manage event messaging, logistics, coordination with sales, and post-event lead follow-up.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing roles within a B2B SaaS company. • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing go-to-market campaigns and events for complex, multi-product SaaS offerings. • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling motions, lead generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing. • Analytical and data-driven, experienced in using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Outstanding project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to craft high-impact messaging for technical and business audiences. • Collaborative, proactive approach; able to influence and partner effectively across sales, product, marketing, and executive teams. • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) as needed. • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus
