• Lead, mentor, and develop AE team members • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies • Track and assess team performance through key metrics and KPIs • Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing • Develop and refine processes for AEs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management experience in a B2B SaaS environment • Coaching mindset with direct and actionable feedback skills • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools • Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies
