📋 Description

• Lead system design and architecture for core services powering moves, deliveries, and junk removal. • Guide backend, frontend (React), and mobile (Flutter) engineers in writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. • Design and implement APIs and event-driven systems that support booking, dispatching, pricing, payments, and notifications. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations to align tech solutions with user and business needs. • Conduct regular code reviews, pair programming sessions, and design reviews to ensure quality and consistency. • Drive observability, fault tolerance, and high availability across all critical microservices. • Participate in incident response and lead technical RCA (root cause analysis) for high-impact events. • Champion CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing to streamline delivery. • Mentor engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and promote growth through feedback and guidance. • Collaborate on product roadmap discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and delivery scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 1–2 years in a technical leadership or senior role. • Proficient in Node.js, Python, or Go, with deep understanding of RESTful and event-driven architectures. • Experienced with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and modern CI/CD workflows. • Skilled in designing and maintaining microservices and distributed systems at scale. • Strong grasp of system reliability, observability, and performance optimization. • Effective communicator — you can explain complex technical concepts to product and ops teams clearly. • Collaborative leader who leads by example and values mentorship as much as technical depth.
