📋 Description

• Support daily operations of the Human Resources department. • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate candidate communications and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process. • Support onboarding of new hires, maintaining accurate candidate and employee data. • Manage employee records and support leave management, attendance tracking, and timesheet coordination. • Help plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, team events, and training sessions. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes. • Generate HR-related reports and dashboards, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR coordination, operations, or recruitment. • Familiarity with HR tools, CRMs or HRMS platforms. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office tools. • Prior experience working in a global or remote team environment. • Exposure to HR analytics, employee engagement, or learning & development initiatives. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
