📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts with hiring managers across each function • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication • Support CV screening and conduct initial phone screens where appropriate • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience • Lead sourcing and outreach for key hires where required • Build recruitment processes using Ashby, automation, and AI • Handle offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination • Report market trends to management and influence people strategy where possible • Support broader People Operations tasks during quieter recruiting periods • Recruit across Technology, Commercial, and Education functions globally • Report to the Chief of Staff

🎯 Requirements

• Experience hiring a variety of different roles within a high-growth, global technology business • Track record of delivery across multiple functions, ideally technical and commercial • Exceptional organisation and very high attention to detail • Clear, confident communication and ability to build relationships quickly • Strong technology literacy and awareness of best-in-class tooling, processes, and automation • Comfortable working with data and identifying recruitment bottlenecks • Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Ashby • Ability to work across Technology, Commercial, and Education roles • Ability to work remotely • Recruitment experience; the application form asks candidates to specify their experience level, but no minimum is stated
