📋 Description

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics • Support budget management and forecasting • Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders • Partner with Logistics team to ensure fast shipping • Manage multiple programs concurrently • Partner with Technical Program Managers (TPM) and Engineering to support Wearables program(s) execution and delivery • Coordinate hardware distribution efforts including logistics activities, inventory management, and allocation collections • Support budget tracking and forecasting, including requesting purchase orders, ensuring timely invoice submission, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive forecast accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics • Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally • Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones
