📋 Description

• Matching our clients with relevantly experienced & highly skilled engineers • Monitoring the stage of the recruitment process and take the feedback from the candidate • Supporting candidates in setting up meetings with the client • Responsible for screening process and candidate support • Supporting in the communications with the candidate verbally and written • Looking continuously for new ways to attract a diverse pool of talent • Help to optimize the recruitment process by getting the client’s feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience of sourcing and recruiting for tech focused roles • You are passionate about talent. You are interested in candidates beyond the job you have to fill. • You understand what makes a person a good fit for a job. • Good attention to detail and able to prioritise effectively with excellent communication skills. • You have the ambition and ability to close candidates in a highly competitive environment.
