📋 Description

• Overseeing the accurate and timely monthly payroll instructions • Support preparation and submission of benefit in kind and reporting • Building effective relationships across the business • Partnering with People Business Partnering team • Overseeing the benefits process • Submission of data to 3rd party providers • Analysing current offering and carrying out competitive analysis • Managing and delivering the bi-annual pay review and annual bonus scheme • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation • Analysing data and reporting on payroll information • Line management of Administrator and Junior Analysts • Cross-party working on wider projects

🎯 Requirements

• Generalist in Compensation and Benefits • Incredibly organised • Able to drive multiple initiatives • Solution focused • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of media, creative or marketing agency experience • Advanced Excel experience • Strong numerical skills • Knowledge and experience of HR systems and reporting • Strong influencing skills and senior stakeholder management
