📋 Description

• Supports OCHIN’s mission by developing, configuring, and supporting software and/or integrations • Works in partnership with the team to design, build, test and implement new and existing application functionality • Partners internally and externally to resolve technical problems, identify optimizations, and implement enhancements • Develops and tests new features, integrations and enhancements according to design specifications and requirements • Leads working sessions directly with OCHIN members, vendors, and/or staff to design/create application solutions that fit operational needs • Performs complex build and configuration with a demonstrated ability to complete development • Provides mentorship and training to team members, fostering skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Epic certification in MyChart is required • Epic Client Systems Administrator certification: Web and Service Server Administration: MyChart is desired • Experience with utilizing Kuiper to install, upgrade, and update MyChart application servers is required • Experience implementing and supporting 'Community Connect' is preferred • Minimum five years’ experience as an application analyst is required • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Strong organizational and project management skills • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
