📋 Description

• Contribute to defined build tasks within a delivery and complete AI features to standard with team support • Build fundamentals across the technology stack • Apply established patterns and follow engineering standards under review • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Learn actively and grow engineering capability • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career experience — industry, internship or academic — in software engineering, machine learning or AI-related development • Foundations in programming (Python and/or a related language) and a genuine eagerness to learn • A collaborative, curious mindset and clear communication • Exposure to GenAI/LLMs, RAG, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Databricks), or modern data/ML tooling is desirable • Personal, academic or open-source projects that show interest in applied AI are desirable
