📋 Description

• Own the detailing of multi-domain solutions for clients • Work alongside Industry Leads, Business Development, Account Managers, Solution Managers, Solution Leads, and Practice Leads • Engage with client C-suite and heads of services to identify business requirements, opportunities, threats, and challenges • Align business goals with technology roadmaps powered by Microsoft and AWS cloud technologies and services • Provide client advisory services and thought leadership • Uncover transformation opportunities across cloud, AI, and emerging technologies • Build sales opportunity pipelines aligned with annual growth targets • Increase share of wallet with key clients in aligned industries • Develop compelling value propositions, win strategies, and industry points of view • Shape end-to-end solutions, including business value, pricing, commercial constructs, risk profile, technologies, and delivery methods • Present value propositions and technical topics to senior audiences, including C-level stakeholders • Direct Solution Managers, Leads, and Architects on technical and managed services scoping, estimates, and delivery approaches • Lead proposal and statement-of-work development through reviews, approvals, and contracting workflows • Lead peer reviews with Nasstar and client stakeholders to secure solution and delivery approval and sign-off • Contribute to Communities of Practice by developing and sharing transformation and delivery approaches, processes, and standards • Stay educated on emerging transformation approaches and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of delivering transformational programmes/projects, including scope that includes managed services and outsourcing • Microsoft-specific Data & AI skills/background, especially Microsoft Fabric and Foundry • Extensive experience in project delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall • Experience in client account delivery management • Minimum of 10 years leading large-scale solutions using Microsoft or AWS cloud technologies and services and other technology services • Broad knowledge across the entire Microsoft ecosystem • Solid understanding of client and industry challenges and opportunities and how to address them with emerging technologies and cloud services • Understanding of large-scale cloud solutions architecture, novel commercial and delivery models • Technology, delivery, consulting, and commercial skills • Certifications desirable, ideally architectural qualifications such as TOGAF or similar, ITIL, and foundational cloud certifications such as AZ-900 or DP-900
