📋 Description

• Support the standardisation of requirements elicitation processes within the Digital Engineering business unit. • Shape product vision and maintain backlogs by working closely with customers’ Product Owners. • Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA, and other technical stakeholders. • Participate in discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Identify new opportunities and contribute to winning new business through pre-sales activities. • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure project success and share team knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital transformation projects. • Confident in challenging assumptions and working with Product Owners to define PoC/MVP requirements. • Ability to structure backlogs using epics and features that align business needs with technical architecture. • Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria. • Experience leading or facilitating key Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning, and Backlog Refinement sessions). • Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. • Strong experience working in an Agile team to develop system/product designs based on user requirements. • Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships across all levels. • Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus. • Experience using standard modelling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN) for data, application, and business process domains. • Ability to become familiar with complex business domains quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Experience with complex systems running on Azure/AWS (nice to have). • Experience with projects using Databricks (nice to have).
