📋 Description

• Provide customer service assistance to local branch managers and clients • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries • Follow up with clients, clinicians, and caregivers on pending orders • Answer high-volume sub-regional calls and complete follow-up calls • Coordinate evaluations, deliveries, repairs, and appointments • Assist with work orders, including client information verification, equipment detail entry, and funding eligibility verification • Perform data entry and scan received documentation • File documents and folders • Stay informed about company policies and procedures and complete assigned training • Perform other related duties assigned by leadership • Maintain regular and predictable attendance • Meet performance standards for client satisfaction, queue compliance, follow-up timeliness, scheduling, and phone metrics

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Communication proficiency • Computer proficiency • Organizational skills • Customer/client focus • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance • Ability to use computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines • Ability to talk, hear, sit, repetitively use hands, and frequently reach with hands and arms
