• Owning a book of 30-40 accounts with a clear revenue target • Building account plans: mapping each account's potential, identifying expansion opportunities, and executing against them • Running quarterly business reviews with your top accounts to understand upcoming briefs and budgets • Proactively pitching and closing new business within your sector • Working with Campaign Management to ensure delivery meets client expectations • Building relationships with marketing managers and brand teams at national advertisers
• 2-3 years in sales or account management, ideally in media, advertising, experiential/events, or B2B services • Comfortable owning commercial relationships and having pricing conversations and negotiations • Organised and process-driven: you can manage a pipeline and forecast accurately • Capable of packaging and presenting compelling proposals that respond to your sector/clients' needs, challenges and opportunities • Curious about clients' businesses and skilled at spotting expansion opportunities • Resilient: you can handle setbacks and maintain momentum • A genuine interest in a specific sector (FMCG, retail, travel, recruitment, property, tech, or entertainment) is a plus
