📋 Description

• Key role across the entire process chain – from raw material sourcing to the finished product • Manage and coordinate the complete supply chain for nutritional supplements • Monitor demand, inventory levels, and delivery deadlines • Regular alignment with manufacturers on production quantities, forecasts, and capacities • Plan procurement of raw materials and packaging to identify demand spikes and potential bottlenecks early • Oversee production and delivery processes with respect to quality, cost, and timing • Optimize inventory levels and prevent supply shortages • Negotiate supply terms, prices, and service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, production planning, procurement, or logistics—ideally in the dietary supplements (NEM), food, or pharmaceutical sector • Confident user of ERP systems and very strong Excel skills • Familiarity with forecasting, planning, and inventory management systems • Excellent understanding of quality requirements, shelf-life considerations, and batch/lot processes (dietary supplements/food) • Strategic understanding of processes
