📋 Description
• Identify and manage complex transactional and employee conflicts of interest • Maintain the integrity of the bank's information barriers • Provide data-led oversight on Market Abuse and Conflicts risk management • Provide subject matter expertise to bank-wide control teams • Identify themes, emerging risks, and control gaps
🎯 Requirements
• Strong compliance advisory background • Technical knowledge of market abuse regulation from Control Room or compliance background • Experience of oversight of business risk within a second line of defence role • Knowledge of regulatory oversight and enforcement frameworks • Strong knowledge and experience in defining policies, controls and risk management frameworks • Interest in process improvement, data-led oversight, and technology-enabled compliance solutions
