📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction of the team, supported by senior technical members • Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical projects • Deliver agreed business outcomes and coordinate technology and change teams • Ensure project deliverables achieve customer goals within a well-considered total cost of ownership • Safeguard and build the bank's reputation while interacting with stakeholders • Align work with software development principles across the bank • Deliver architectural and functional improvements to technology and the business • Drive and contribute to the technology strategy roadmap • Understand and incorporate requirements from programmes involving the project team • Influence delivery plans and coordinate delivery across multiple projects and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and managing development teams • Knowledge of key phases of software delivery lifecycles • Knowledge of established software development methodologies • Extensive experience in integration services and product development management across Apigee, Apigee Hybrid and X • Ability to confidently present as a subject matter expert to large audiences • Ability to quickly understand complex processes and tailor messages to different audiences and stakeholders • Extensive background in regulatory and third-party risk management governance • PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification • Experience working within Scrum and SAFe Agile ways of working • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience delivering projects across geographically dispersed teams
