📋 Description

• Utilise specialist knowledge to provide insightful analysis and understand the impact to the business • Provide analysis and recommendations for leadership teams to inform business decision-making and support long-term goals • Use customer insights, colleague feedback, market insights and relevant business operational data to provide analysis • Conduct financial and headcount reporting, including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, and local analysis intelligence and commentary • Support people planning, including capability, engagement and communications • Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes are delivered for the business • Deliver recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance • Review relevant MI and provide ad-hoc analysis of data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a business management, planning or operational support role • Strong understanding of Commercial and Institutional (C&I) Operations, how it operates and how it interacts with the wider Chief Operating Office (COO) and C&I businesses • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, judgement and business knowledge to develop practical solutions • Hands-on workforce and financial planning experience, including use of Workday and Adaptive Planning • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, anticipate requirements, manage upwards effectively and provide clear, practical advice • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise insight and recommendations
