📋 Description
• Lead the launch of NW Boxed into the POS Finance market early in 2027 and establish and execute an ambitious growth plan • Work with the Head of Sales and product and mission teams to learn about Boxed and its propositions • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Risk and Credit teams to develop POS Finance propositions for targeted markets • Develop Boxed’s POS Finance go-to-market strategy, including analysis of the competitive landscape, market developments and trends • Represent POS Finance/Boxed in the market through blogs, demo-driven webinars and industry events • Partner with Sales Leads to scope complex solutions and integrations with UK merchants and technology or introducer partners • Contribute technically to the continuous improvement and growth of NatWest BaaS products • Provide technical guidance during sales processes and incorporate client solution requirements into successful propositions
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced POS Finance/BNPL leader with a strong functional and technical background • Deep understanding of how the POS Finance/BNPL industry operates • Excellent commercial and financial acumen • Proven solution engineering and/or pre-sales/technical sales experience selling solutions in enterprise software or SaaS • Experience working with middleware, web services technologies, APIs, SOA and ESB • Experience in the UK Point of Sale Finance or BNPL industries, ideally for a recognised provider • Strong business and technical acumen working with enterprise institutions as a delivery consultant or employee • Proactive mentality and approach to problem solving • Excellent presentation abilities and composure with technical and business audiences, including C-level executives • Experience scoping Proofs of Concept (PoCs) • Ability to independently and effectively respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, including analysis and pricing of delivery projects
