📋 Description

• Recruit individuals for a training programme leading to qualification as self-employed financial advisers • Provide structured training and exam support toward the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning • Provide an immersive 3-month skills development programme for candidates who already hold the Level 4 Diploma • Supply tools, mentoring, and business support to prepare advisers for meeting new clients • Enable advisers to build client relationships and develop their own financial advice business • Support career transition into self-employed financial advice

🎯 Requirements

• Right to work in the UK and appropriate visas for a minimum of 5 years • At least 5 years of career history • Satisfactory credit history required for regulatory purposes • Ability to travel for client meetings • Full driving license • Positive outlook and ability to network • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building meaningful client relationships • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Trustworthiness and ability to manage financial responsibilities • Interest in self-employment • For the training route: willingness and ability to achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning • For applicants who already hold the qualification: Level 4 Diploma in regulated financial advice via CII, LIBF, or CISI
