📋 Description

• We are looking for a Head of Finance to be the architect of our financial system. • As we scale and grow, we need a "Full-Stack" Finance leader who can ensure our financial foundations are rock solid while designing the roadmap for our next stage of growth. • You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the leadership team - making a lasting impact on our finance strategy. • You will manage the accounting function and take full ownership of our books. • Drive a disciplined process to ensure our books are accurate and "audit-ready" by Business Day 10. • Manage external tax/accounting partners to ensure seamless filing of Annual Accounts, VAT, R&D tax credits, etc. • Serve as the architect of our finance stack, optimizing how money and data move through the company. • Build and maintain the multi-year financial model required for our next fundraise.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve got a strong background in Finance and this is not your first rodeo • The "Controller" Mindset: You can spot a reconciliation error from a mile away. You take pride in accurate books. • The "Architect" Skillset: You don't just use finance software; you configure it. You know how to integrate systems to create a seamless flow of data. • The "Modeller" Brain: You can build a multi-year integrated financial model that stands up to VC scrutiny. • Qualification: CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent - fully completed).
