📋 Description

• Work in customer-focused agile squads and collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define the next iteration of NatWest Boxed • Collaboratively define and continually improve the testing strategy for new and existing products • Drive the direction of the testing chapter and maintain high standards of technology and process • Develop clean, elegant and reusable code that is easy to maintain and extend • Build scalable automated testing systems that enable rapid delivery of customer value • Support other engineers in testing their software and act as a subject matter expert • Work with stakeholders across the business to shape the future of quality engineering at NatWest Boxed • Put customers' long-term interests at the heart of key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with common back-end test automation frameworks • Experience integrating test automation frameworks into the continuous deployment pipeline • Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration • Hands-on experience with React Native • Experience with front-end test automation frameworks • Knowledge of software performance testing and automated security testing techniques and tooling • Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) • Experience delivering and testing distributed microservices as part of an agile team
