📋 Description

• Engineer software, scripts, and tools within a feature team • Liaise with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform • Produce complex and critical software rapidly and to a high quality • Own software across its full life cycle, from initial development through enhancement, maintenance, replacement, or decommissioning • Collaborate to optimise software engineering capability • Design, produce, test, and implement software solutions • Work across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations • Contribute to a digital ecosystem that improves customer experience, enables colleagues to serve customers, and supports business growth and revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• Background in software engineering, software design, and architecture • Understanding of how software engineering expertise supports customers • Experience with JavaScript, React, and Webpack Module Federation • Experience with Jest and Cypress test suites, including component and visual tests • Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and wikis • Experience in multiple programming languages or low-code toolsets • Experience using AI development tools, including IDE integrations, agent skills, and MCP servers • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies and associated toolsets • Ability to solve highly complex analytical and numerical problems • Experience implementing programming best practices for scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability, and performance
