📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of project scope within time, cost, quality and associated risk profile • Create and manage project plans for organisation-wide technology initiatives • Remove cross-team obstacles and blockers and proactively manage dependencies • Own and manage internal and third-party implementation plans and delivery risks • Support continuous planning, forecasting, estimating, metrics and measurements • Coach teams to autonomously organise and share their work • Facilitate continuous improvement using appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques • Assist the Technology leadership team with data-driven status reporting and insights • Collaborate with stakeholders and Architecture, Foundation Engineering, Security, Data and Risk teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering programme management in a technology or IT function • Ability to use Agile methodology and associated toolsets • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience in software delivery in a modern, cloud-native technology environment • Outstanding attention to detail • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate best practices • Ability to maintain a strong delivery focus whilst making intelligent risk decisions • Ability to work independently to move key programmes forward
