📋 Description

• Create technical specifications from business requirements and work directly with business users to ensure needs are met • Develop reusable web and database code components and integrate with third party applications, code, and APIs • Development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, K2 and other vendor applications • Drive citizen development with the application framework • Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes • Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems • Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches to business needs • Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale • Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes • Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates and after-hours support as needed • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate college degree or University degree in the field of computer science OR 5 years equivalent work experience • Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques • System analysis and design principles • Hands on enterprise application troubleshooting experience • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • K2/Nintex business process development experience (required) • Dynamics CRM and/or SharePoint development and support experience (preferred) • Developing reusable web and database code components using C#, ASP.NET, XML and/or SQL, and integrating with third party applications, code, and APIs (preferred) • Working technical knowledge of Windows Operating systems (preferred) • Working knowledge of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts (preferred) • Working knowledge of process automation (preferred) • Working knowledge of Agile Project Methodology (preferred) • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information (preferred) • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC (preferred) • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Willingness to provide after-hours support
