📋 Description

• Own the full customer-specific solution and ensure overall solution coherence • Understand how all system components work together • Make and own design decisions, including cross-module decisions • Resolve conflicts between teams, modules, and requirements • Make clear recommendations and take ownership of outcomes • Ensure consistency across modules and configurations • Identify and address solution issues early • Translate customer business policies into system behaviour • Work with customers to understand policies and requirements • Highlight risks where policy and system design do not align • Act as the main functional authority for complex issues • Support senior customer conversations and decisions • Explain complex topics clearly and simply • Assure delivery quality through realistic end-to-end testing • Help determine whether solutions are ready to go live • Focus teams on resolving the most important issues • Lead and mentor individuals in a consultancy capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Broad knowledge and proficiency in NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation • Previous exposure to Housing environments, including Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations using the NEC Housing Solution • Experience in consultancy, including customer interaction and project methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience owning design decisions • Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances and manage multiple projects • Experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks • DBS check may be required depending on the role
