📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent projects while coordinating teams across onshore and offshore locations • Cultivate a supportive environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing • Model solutions-oriented leadership • Develop comprehensive internal and customer facing project artifacts including Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts • Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget for numerous concurrent projects • Monitor key performance indicators for schedule adherence, margins, and customer satisfaction • Facilitate project close procedures with lessons learned and process improvements • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with the engagement team

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred • PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred • Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), ideally Certinia • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships • Strong track record of effective communication and collaboration skills when partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, sales engineering, support, legal, and HR) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
