📋 Description

• Build and operate programs to support early-stage startups at scale • Manage and optimize application acceptance workflows • Serve as front-line communications for the startup community by directing questions and providing answers • Support monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics • Build and nurture the partner community and startup ecosystem • Manage co-marketing opportunities and coordinate content creation • Work with systems teams to improve internal processes • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute startup outreach • Support partner and startup acquisition campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, economics, marketing, or a technical field • 2+ years of experience in startup partner program management, marketing program execution, or demand generation in a technology company • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Operations • Ability to work strategically and tactically to prioritize opportunities, test, and implement successful campaigns • Experience using Salesforce
