📋 Description

• Own Analytics and Business Intelligence: Set the vision and roadmap for analytics, business intelligence, and AI-powered reporting at Nest Health, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities • Lead Analytics Projects: Manage multiple analytics, reporting, and AI projects from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring timelines and business goals are met • Develop Advanced Dashboards & Reports: Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and other BI tools, integrating AI models and automation to enable data-driven decision-making across clinical operations, growth, and value-based care • Translate Data into Insights: Analyze large datasets, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership and operational teams • Implement AI in Analytics: Identify, design, and deploy AI-driven solutions (e.g., predictive modeling, natural language processing, machine learning) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision support • Work closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to define business requirements, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data sources are available, accurate, and optimized for analytics and AI applications • Promote Data & AI Literacy: Provide training and technical assistance to colleagues regarding optimal use of BI tools, interpretation of analytics, and understanding of AI-powered solutions. • Maintain Documentation & Quality: Ensure project documentation, data quality checks, and compliance with healthcare reporting standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field—or equivalent experience • 4+ years working in a data analytics related role in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, population health, VBC, or similar) • 2+ years building dashboards with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tool • 2+ years working in a cloud/On-prem environment (e.g., Azure/SSRS) • Proven ability to build out analytics functions from the ground up, translating raw data into actionable insights in growing dynamic environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently and within cross-functional team • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements and data review sessions with non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services for data and analytics; experience with Microsoft DevOps for source control • Experience with EHR data and healthcare data standards; familiarity with value-based care metrics and P4P programs • Experience with CRM data models and integrating CRM data into analytic workflows • Relevant experience implementing AI/ML models in analytics, such as predictive analytics, NLP, or automation is preferred
