• Provide ROC guidance, systems and process support, and training for internal auditing and above-brand regulatory compliance activities • Assure compliance with applicable US regulations, third party requirements, and internal Nestlé policies • Collaborate with Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Quality, Procurement, and Recipe Management on compliance of raw materials/ingredients, formulas, and finished products • Communicate and escalate product, systems, or process compliance concerns and work toward solutions and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Global teams and export markets receiving products made at US-based manufacturing sites • Provide guidance on recipe compliance, labeling, claims substantiation, ingredient qualification, procurement, and internal auditing
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline • 4+ years of experience in the food/supplement regulatory environment • Strong ability to manage projects of moderate to high complexity and prioritize actions • Some availability for national travel and travel to in-person team meetings • Experience with project planning, project management, and problem-solving skills • Experience with SAP, ContentHub, and Veeva are a plus • MBA, Registered Dietitian, or MSc and other degrees are a plus • Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
