• Be at the forefront of using analytics and data engineering skills to ensure that App QoE data can be used effectively across the company. • Become one of the core stewards of App QoE, focusing on instrumentation, monitoring, and understanding the user experience. • Collaborate with product engineering teams and data scientists to develop new ways of measuring how users perceive application performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for exploring and building highly technical datasets and logging. • Experience with creating clear written and visual technical documentation of user flow and how it is instrumented. • Exceptional spoken and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences. • Highly effective at developing meaningful stakeholder relationships and deep domain expertise. • Proficiency with Python and a high level of fluency in SQL. • Experience in engineering data pipelines. • Familiarity with software engineering practices. • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive with minimal oversight and process.
