📋 Description

• Call AI-prequalified leads for four hours each day using the Power Dialer • Confidently open conversations, generate interest, and qualify leads • Handle objections such as “I don’t have time,” “I’m not interested,” and “Send me some information” • Schedule qualified appointments for Setters • Accurately document calls and appointments in Close CRM • Ensure that scheduled appointments actually take place

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency • Relaxed, friendly, and confident on the phone • Skilled in objection handling • Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or telephone-based customer service • High standards for appointment quality • Reliable and self-motivated working style • Available at fixed times for four hours each day • Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and headset
