📋 Description

• Develop several full-stack product solutions • Take ownership of features from design through implementation • Drive proper coding practices • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and the UX team • Collaborate with teammates to solve business needs and key priorities • Contribute across the complete development lifecycle, including technical design, estimation, implementation, testing, and addressing feedback or bugs • Improve team productivity, culture, and code quality • Review team members’ code and provide constructive feedback • Create documentation and processes to improve team productivity and transparency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required • Five (5) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work • Deep experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable and always available consumer-facing products • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) • Frontend experience with React/Next.js • Experience with ORM and API development • Experience coding components and working with Storybook • Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar technologies • Seasoned estimation skills • Strong work ethic and follow-through on commitments • Proven track record of maintaining high standards • Proactive approach to problem solving
