📋 Description

• Lead complex data migration initiatives for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, especially Salesforce CPQ and Billing • Own data strategy for products, price books, quotes, quote line items, contracts, subscriptions, amendments, and invoice records • Develop migration blueprints supporting multi-currency, multi-org, and tax configurations • Define end-to-end data architecture, field mappings, and transformation logic across legacy ERP, CPQ, billing systems, and Salesforce • Design reusable migration frameworks for delta and phased data loads • Build and execute SQL-based extraction and transformation scripts using Microsoft SQL Server, DBAmp, or equivalent tools • Perform test loads to sandbox and production environments and reconcile data with legacy systems • Validate bundle integrity, pricing calculations, revenue recognition, and reporting impacts • Conduct customer discovery sessions and workshops to refine scope and identify risks • Provide migration updates, issue logs, and cutover plans to stakeholders • Document migration processes and provide testing and enablement support • Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects, RevOps leaders, developers, and QA teams • Contribute to data migration best practices, templates, and accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and migration, focused on revenue operations and Quote-to-Cash processes • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing • Experience migrating product catalogs, quotes, quote line items, contracts, subscriptions, billing transactions, credit memos, payments, and amendments • Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and transformations • Experience with DBAmp, Dataloader, and Pentaho • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external ERP and billing platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, and Intacct • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification required • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I preferred • Familiarity with revenue recognition rules and compliance considerations preferred • Experience with Agile environments and Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and LucidChart preferred • Experience with complex multi-currency, multi-language, and multi-entity organizations preferred • Revenue Operations or finance system architecture background preferred
