🎯 Requirements

• HubSpot Implementation and Setup: Setting up and configuring the HubSpot platform to align with the company's needs and goals. • User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within HubSpot. • Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and organization within the HubSpot CRM. • Integration Management: Setting up and maintaining integrations with other platforms and apps (e.g., Zapier, Google, Shopify). • Customization: Customizing views, properties, workflows, and other configurable parts of the HubSpot interface. • Reporting and Analytics: Creating and managing reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Training and Support: Providing training and support to users across the organization on how to effectively use HubSpot. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting platform-related issues and resolving problems. • Process Automation: Building and managing automated workflows and processes. • Documentation: Maintaining updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures. • Vendor Management: Developing statements of work for vendors and directing all applicable work on behalf of the company.
