📋 Description

• Develop and deliver a clear, commercially focused People strategy • Work with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, performance, succession and change • Strengthen colleague experience, engagement and inclusive leadership • Develop leadership capability, talent and succession planning • Provide senior oversight of complex employee relations and employment risk • Ensure robust People policies, processes and employment practices • Provide senior oversight of Clinical Governance, connecting workforce capability, safeguarding and organisational assurance • Use workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn insight into action • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary People team • Manage the People budget • Move the function toward a more regionally aligned and commercially focused People Partnering model • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to align people, culture, leadership capability and organisational structure with strategic and commercial ambitions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering People strategy within a complex, regulated or multi-site organisation • Experience leading significant organisational change and restructures • Experience advising Executive and senior leadership teams • Knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations • Experience in workforce planning, organisational design and leadership development • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary People teams • Experience using data and insight to influence organisational decisions • Ability to build trusted relationships while constructively challenging when needed • Experience in healthcare, social care, CQC-regulated environments or Clinical Governance would be advantageous
