• Cross-industry, nationwide new customer acquisition for the mid-market segment • Targeted focus on expanding the customer base and increasing revenue and contribution margin • Independent opportunity identification, maintaining an opportunity database and assessing implementation feasibility based on the full portfolio • Independent telephone prospecting, active lead follow-up including scheduling and conducting on-site meetings • Independent handling of assigned leads, comprehensive documentation and management of the entire sales funnel (Lead - Opportunity - Close) in Salesforce • Calculation, preparation and tracking of multi-stage proposals, tenders and contracts as well as preparation and conduct of sales negotiations • Closing contracts and subsequently transferring newly won active customers to the regional sales team's account management • Preparation and delivery of presentations, talks and participation in trade shows • Nationwide travel with a primary focus on your assigned region
• Degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on sales/marketing • Several years of successful experience in selling sophisticated services to new B2B customers, with industry knowledge in the credit card, network operator, banking, e‑commerce or financial services sectors desirable • Languages: German at native level and business-fluent English • Proficient PC/IT skills • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Suitable workspace to work from home (home office)
