📋 Description

• Provide technical analysis and support to internal and external customers on EDI-related issues, including enrollment, claims, payments, and clearinghouse activities • Lead, coordinate, and administer process improvements for EDI implementations • Participate in the design and review of new applications and EDI systems integration strategies • Work with Development and QA to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Respond to EDI inquiries from providers and internal departments • Collaborate with third-party vendors, clearinghouses, and payers to resolve operational and transactional issues • Communicate frequently with vendors to provide client solutions • Train clients and assist the presales team with product feature demonstrations • Maintain accurate records and files, track documents, follow up, and notify clients of upcoming due dates • Research and resolve client issues • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to improvement initiatives • Perform other duties supporting the overall position objective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or any combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications • 1+ year working with software implementation or project management • 1+ year using NextGen PM or a similar practice management software solution • 2+ years of customer service experience • Experience with claim processing • Experience with product training • Fundamental knowledge of networking protocols, ISPs, internet security, and EDI standards • Knowledge of various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product • Proficiency with PCs and Windows-based environments • Technical expertise, problem-solving, research, analytical, communication, organization, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to use tools and resources to ensure functions are efficient, accurate, and timely • Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone • Ability to read and understand X12 raw data files • Ability to use multiple online portals • Ability to work remotely in Georgia
