📋 Description

• Enter and fulfill orders according to client needs • Work with local branches and the factory to ensure order fulfillment • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment • Assist customers with correct product selection and matchups • Monitor logistics to ensure smooth deliveries • Return inventory as needed • Run open order reports regularly • Perform additional projects and duties supporting ongoing business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role • High school diploma or GED equivalency required • Associate degree is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strategic and analytical mindset • Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
