📋 Description

• Write, review, and ship critical production code • Refine clinician routing algorithms and optimize dispatch logic • Integrate practical AI capabilities into clinical and patient platforms • Partner with peers to test web and mobile applications and ensure high reliability • Collaborate with Product and Clinical Leaders to build scalable healthcare solutions • Conduct design and code reviews and refine security, scalability, testing, and performance guidelines • Mentor and coach engineers through architecture reviews, pair programming, and technical growth • Architect systems adhering to HIPAA, patient privacy, and health data security standards • Communicate clearly in a remote environment and flag blockers early • Respond to support issues during business hours

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and complex web and mobile platforms • Proven ability as a Staff or Principal Engineer writing significant production code while guiding system design • Deep proficiency with Kotlin, Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL • Practical experience with GCP, Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with optimization problems such as dispatch/routing logic • Experience integrating AI/LLM tools or APIs into application workflows • Healthcare domain experience with HIPAA compliance, EHR/EMR systems, telehealth platforms, or HL7/FHIR integrations highly preferred • Ability to balance technical perfection with rapid product execution and make sound trade-offs • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners and stakeholders • Humility, curiosity, continuous learning, and mutual support
