📋 Description

• Maintain, monitor, and support enterprise production infrastructure environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance • Administer AWS cloud resources and services, ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence • Support infrastructure platforms and applications of medium to high complexity across cloud and datacenter environments • Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve operational issues according to defined processes and SLAs • Analyze operational metrics and enhance infrastructure performance through continuous improvement initiatives • Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, application environments, Active Directory, and identity management solutions • Participate in on-call rotations and communicate critical events to stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership • Support physical datacenter operations, including hardware installation, cabling, racking, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades • Manage user accounts and permissions through AWS IAM and other identity management platforms • Implement server updates, capacity planning, operating system patching, and infrastructure optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience • 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments • 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience in enterprise production environments • 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting server hardware and operating systems • Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and timelines • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services • Experience with Windows and Linux operating system patching and maintenance • Intermediate Linux administration skills and practical operational experience • Experience following change management processes and operational governance standards • Experience working within PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials, or other regulated compliance environments • Experience with AWS EKS and ECS container platforms • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Puppet • Experience managing SAN and NAS storage environments • Experience with Okta identity and access management solutions • Experience supporting hardware lifecycle management and vendor coordination activities • Experience managing Cisco UCS environments • Strong AWS monitoring and infrastructure management experience • Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and operational efficiency
