📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, from server-side backend logic to React front-end interfaces. • Take ownership of problems end to end: scope the work, make sound technical calls, and ship with minimal hand holding. • Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working software. • Move between frontend, backend, and data concerns as the engagement demands. • Use AI coding tools for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and shipping. • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences. • Apply pragmatic judgment to legacy code, new builds, and everything in between.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a full stack developer with hands-on server-side coding experience; language agnostic. • Strong experience building with React on the frontend. • Extensive, demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in the actual build process. • Self-starter mindset and ability to identify problems proactively. • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfort working across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools. • Track record of adapting quickly to new stacks and technologies across different projects or roles. • PHP experience, Angular/Vue or similar frontend framework experience, solution architecture, SQL/database work, business intelligence, e-commerce development, AWS/Azure exposure, and experience wearing multiple technical hats are listed as bonus points, not requirements.
