📋 Description

• Assist senior staff in recruiting and developing talented football players • Support the preparation of games and tournaments • Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling • Develop recruitment and coaching styles • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches • Prepare and match players for trial opportunities at professional clubs

🎯 Requirements

• Moderate experience in girls’ football scouting or coaching • Passionate about football and the sports industry • Strong communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and staff • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of the football coaching environment • Ability to scout or coach players aged 6 to 16
