📋 Description

• Assist senior staff in recruiting and developing talented football players • Support preparation of games and tournaments • Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events • Arrange travel and scheduling for trials, meetings, and events • Develop recruitment and coaching styles • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches • Prepare and match players for trial opportunities at professional clubs • Scout or coach players aged 6 to 16

🎯 Requirements
