📋 Description

• Quality assurance in mobile service operations • Monitoring, managing and ensuring compliance with high quality standards across the nationwide service network • Maintenance and optimization of the internal quality management system • Planning and support of external certification audits • Conducting internal quality and process audits and training • Support in evaluating customer complaints • Analysis of deviations and initiation of corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge in establishing, maintaining and optimizing quality management (QM) systems • Experienced in conducting internal and external audits • Ideally, experience in the automotive or vehicle workshop sector • Low travel requirement (occasional travel across Germany) • Qualification as an internal auditor or Quality Management Representative (QMR) is an advantage • Structured working style and strong communication skills • Confident use of digital tools
