📋 Description

• Lead complex data analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making • Apply advanced statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time-series modelling • Develop and optimise advanced SQL queries to analyse large and complex datasets • Use Python for data wrangling, analysis, modelling, and automation • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through healthcare and operational data analysis • Create visualisations and reports to communicate findings to varied audiences • Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions • Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations and strategic insight • Lead analytical projects and deliver against agreed objectives and timelines • Support and mentor colleagues to encourage continuous learning and development • Ensure analytical outputs meet quality assurance and governance standards • Drive continuous improvement in analytical methodologies, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytics-focused role • Strong expertise in advanced analytics and statistical techniques • Advanced SQL development skills • Advanced Python skills, including data wrangling and analysis • Experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities • Experience presenting complex findings in a clear and engaging way • Experience leading projects, workstreams, or analytical initiatives • Eligibility to work in the UK • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI (desirable, not required) • Understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and analytical best practice frameworks (desirable, not required) • Experience delivering insights within complex programme or transformation environments (desirable, not required)
