📋 Description

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nordstrom, providing world-class service to customers • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues via incoming phone contacts • Provide critical service and product information and ensure customer satisfaction • Process orders and enter data into the order entry system via incoming phone contacts • Track customer packages • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment is preferred • Ability to meet Nordstrom and Nordstrom Customer CARE work-from-home guidelines and expectations • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency • Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and required overtime; flexibility during peak times • Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace • Ability to work entire shifts at a desk using a computer and headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership • Wired, high-speed internet with a modem or router with Ethernet port; no cellular-based, satellite, or Wi-Fi internet • Attendance at four weeks of required training, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST • Candidate must be located in Iowa
