📋 Description

• Lead all phases of multiple internal corporate-level projects from inception through completion • Provide project management and schedule development to ensure successful completion of tasks, milestones, and final delivery • Support project plan development so projects meet overall objectives and deliver business value • Lead and direct cross-functional teams, stakeholders, development teams, and application end users • Monitor, measure, and report project performance and resource availability • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership on status, risks, and recommendations • Review and refine tasking to maintain efficient project workflows • Proactively resolve issues and drive timely project progression • Provide business management insight and support • Contribute to Northrop Grumman’s digital transformation efforts • Collaborate with multiple business management functions at the corporate office and CIDO • Report to the Corporate Director of Business Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business management, or an MS Degree and 6 years of experience in business management • Experience leading the development of a schedule and achieving key requirements • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with integrated master schedules, MS Project, and TRIO • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve a single objective • Experience and knowledge in finance, financial applications, and tool development • Experience and knowledge in SAP S4 • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including direct interaction with senior leadership • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts • Proactive approach to identifying issues and performing root-cause analysis • Ability to clearly communicate potential impediments to initiatives • Exceptional people skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization • Excellent strategic thinking and consultative skills in a dynamic, matrix environment • Travel up to 10% of the time • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
